Data Profiling connection error

Hi Experts

I am new to Information Steward, When i am trying to create a connection for data profiling  it is showing error as "empty string result"  but when i created for data review the connection is successfully creating. The database used for data review is not showing in Data Insight in Information Steward.

so i want to create connection for data profiling what to do to avoid this error and to create new connection for data profiling.

please guide me what to do for creating connection to data profiling
